4/6/20 The Department of Labor and the Attorney General's Office is allowing us to issue workpermits digitally, as needed, for the time being. All other labor laws still apply.
The process for work permits for the time being are as follows: 1. Students obtain and complete the work permit application 2. Students send the completed application with ALL necessary signatures to Mrs. Miklavic (Miss Ramsey) at [email protected] **Signatures should include parent, student, and employer (doctor's signature, if you are under the age of 16)** 3. Mrs. Miklavic will complete the workpermit and send it back to the student 4. Student signs workpermit, sends Mrs. Miklavic a digital copy with signature, and gives hard copy to employer.
If you have any questions about this process, please feel free to contact Mrs. Miklavic
